临床护理路径在单纯性下肢静脉曲张手术患者中的应用

目的:观察临床护理路径在单纯性下肢静脉曲张手术后患者中的应用价值.方法:选取本院收治的50例下肢静脉曲张患者,所有下肢静脉曲张患者均应用临床护理路径护理方法.采用统计学分析下肢静脉曲张患者临床护理路径前后对下肢静脉曲张知识的掌握优良率、对护理工作人员的总满意度评分,临床护理路径后下肢静脉曲张患者的平均住院时间、并发症发生率.结果:临床护理路径后下肢静脉曲张患者对下肢静脉曲张知识的掌握优良率、对护理工作人员的总满意度评分显著高于临床护理路径前.结论:临床护理路径在下肢静脉曲张手术后患者中的应用价值显著.

Objective: To observe the value of clinical nursing pathway in patients with simple varicose veins of lower extremity after operation. Methods: 50 patients with varicose veins of lower extremity were selected. All patients with varicose veins of lower extremity were given clinical nursing path. Statistical analysis was used to analyze the excellent rate of grasping the knowledge of varicose veins of lower limbs before and after the clinical nursing pathway, the total satisfaction score of nursing staff, the average hospitalization time and complication rate of patients with varicose veins of lower limbs after the clinical nursing pathway. Results: The rate of mastering the knowledge of varicose veins of lower extremities and the total satisfaction score of nursing staff were significantly higher in patients with varicose veins of lower extremities after clinical nursing pathway than before. Conclusion: clinical nursing pathway is of great value in patients with varicose veins after operation.
