消增方联合针刺疗法治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床疗效观察

摘要 目的:消增方联合针刺疗法对膝关节骨性关节炎的疗效.方法:将100例膝关节骨性关节炎患者随机分为针刺组、针药组2组,每组50例患者,治疗时间均为20天,选择膝关节骨性关节炎症状分级量表、视觉模拟评分量表及KSS(1989美国膝关节协会膝关节中和评分)评分作为观察指标.结果:针药组临床疗效优于针刺组(P<0.05),2组治疗后VAS评分及KSS评分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01).结论:消增方联合针刺疗法治疗膝关节骨性关节炎疗效优于单纯针刺疗法.
