Study on the Influence of Different Overflow Dyeing Machines on the Size of Knitted Fabrics by Z Test

运用推论统计中的Z检验法,研究不同溢流染色机对针织物尺寸稳定性的影响。试验结果表明:ECO-6染色机与东武染色机对织物尺寸和布重影响存在差异,对布重的影响大于对尺寸影响;使用东武机染色的布重要小于ECO-6机染色的布重,东武机染色的幅宽要小于ECO-6染色机的幅宽。

The Z-test method was used to study the effect of different overflow dyeing machines on the dimensional stability of knitted fabrics.Experimental results showed that the effects of ECO-6 dyeing machine and Tobu dyeing machine on fabric size and fabric weight were different.The effect on the weight of the fabric was greater than that on size.The weight of fabric dyed with the Tobu machine was less than that dyed with the ECO-6 machine.The width of fabric dyed by the Tobu machine was smaller than that dyed by the ECO-6 dyeing machine.
