摘要
数据驱动的技术预测具有较高的现实意义与研究价值,但其涉及的内容纷繁复杂,层次不一。文章从数据、流程和系统三种视角对数据驱动的技术预测进行了梳理,深入分析需要什么数据、执行什么步骤、开发什么系统等问题。综合各种视角的分析结果,提出开展数据驱动的技术预测要重点关注的六大关键技术问题。
Data-driven technology forecasting has high practical significance and research value,but its content is complex and has different levels.This paper systematically combs data-driven technology forecasting from the three perspectives of data,process and system,and deeply analyses what kind of data is needed,which steps to perform and what kind of system to be developed.Based on the analysis,six key technology issues for data-driven technology forecasting are put forward.
