[目的/意义]国家创新驱动战略背景下,以科学决策、知识集成和智能服务为核心的科技管理数据服务将成为科技管理部门及各服务机构支撑未来科技进步与创新发展的根本。探讨和审视科技管理数据服务模式的研究和进展意义重大。[方法/过程]通过调研多家科技管理部门、科技情报机构以及高校科研人员,从服务主体、服务内容、服务对象和服务策略四个角度,归纳和总结科技管理数据服务模式的研究进展。[结果/结论]指出科技管理数据服务主体向统筹科技资源,引导多元主体协同创新转变;服务内容向知识集成与智能服务转变;服务对象的多层次决定其服务模式的多样化,但要重点服务于自主创新的企业;服务策略向动态服务生态系统转变。

[Purpose/significance]Under the background of the national innovation-driven strategy,the technology management data service with scientific decision-making,knowledge integration and intelligent service will become the foundation of science and technology management department and service organizations to support future scientific and technological progress and innovation development.It’s important to explore and look at the research and development of the technology management data service mode.[Method/process]Through the investigation of a number of scientific and technological management departments,information institutions and universities,the paper sum up the research progress in the service mode of technology management data from the four perspectives of service principal,service content,service object and service strategy.[Result/conclusion]The article points out the following research trends:the service principals will coordinate the scientific and technological resources and guide the multi-subject collaborative innovation,the service content changes to knowledge integration and intelligent service,the multilevel of the service objects decided to the diversification of the service mode,the focus of service is the independent innovative enterprise,the service strategy transitions to the dynamic service ecosystem.
