摘要
电子液压制动(electronic hydraulic braking,EHB)系统作为高级驾驶辅助系统(ADAS)和智能驾驶的制动执行器,对液压响应和稳定性有更高的要求。分析了EHB系统的特性,基于实验,验证了传统PID控制效果,分析了传统PID控制算法的缺点并进行算法改进。设计了Bang-Bang加模糊PID控制算法,通过实验进行了验证。结果表明,Bang-Bang加模糊PID算法相对传统PID算法响应速度更快,控制超调更小,稳态效果更好,鲁棒性更强。
The electronic hydraulic braking(EHB)system,as an advanced driver assistance system(ADAS)and intelligently driven brake actuator,has higher requirements for hydraulic response and stability.This paper analyzes the characteristics of EHB system,validates the traditional PID control effect based on experiments,analyzes the shortcomings of traditional PID control algorithm and improves the algorithm.The Bang-Bang_fuzzy_PID control algorithm is designed and verified by experiments.The results show that the Bang-Bang_fuzzy_PID algorithm has faster response,smaller overshoot,better steady state and stronger robustness than the traditional PID algorithm.
