摘要
根据中马友谊大桥建造的性能要求,设计了一种吊装缓冲装置。对缓冲装置进行结构、液压系统、电控系统三个方面的设计,同时对设计好的缓冲装置进行液压仿真分析。分析结果表明,缓冲装置对海浪的起伏起到了很好的缓冲作用,为类似海上吊装作业缓冲系统的设计提供了借鉴意义。
According to the performance requirements of China-Maldives Bridge construction,a hoisting buffer device is designed.The buffer device is designed in three aspects:structure,hydraulic system and electronic control system.At the same time,the designed buffer device is analyzed by hydraulic simulation.The analysis results show that the cushioning device has a good cushioning effect on the fluctuation of sea waves,which provides a reference for the design of the cushioning system similar to the hoisting operation at sea.
