摘要
针对常规恒压供水设备控制功能单一的缺陷,采用西门子新一代S7-1500PLC G120变频器构建PROFINET总线网络,运用TIA portal软件进行全集成自动化控制设计。将生活管网、消防管网进行有机统一,对供水压力进行分时段自动调节,对水泵机组进行循环休眠算法控制,实现了泵房无人值守和远程HMI实时监控。有效提升了系统的智能控制水平及供水质量,降低了能耗和运行维护费用。具有较好的实用性、经济性和推广价值。
Aiming at the defect of single control function of conventional constant pressure water supply equipment,the new generation S7-1500 PLC and G120 frequency converter of Siemens are used to construct PROFINET bus network,and TIA portal software is used to complete the integrated automatic control design.The living pipe network and fire fighting pipe network are organically unified,the water supply pressure is automatically adjusted in different time periods,and the pump unit is controlled by cyclic dormancy algorithm.The unattended pump house and remote HMI real-time monitoring are realized.It effectively improves the intelligent control level and water supply quality of the system,and reduces energy consumption and operation and maintenance costs.It has good practicability,economy and popularization value.
