摘要
缆载吊机是建造大跨度悬索桥的关键装备,具有功能复杂、作业环境恶劣、性能要求高等特点,这对其控制系统的设计提出了很高要求。根据缆载吊机的液压系统和控制系统,提出了提升设备总体设计方案。首先,对提升液压钢绞线千斤顶进行了详细设计;然后,对于柴油发动机驱动液压泵站进行了具体的分配;最后,设计了液压同步控制系统。
Cable crane is the key equipment for the construction of long-span suspension bridges.It has the characteristics of complex functions,harsh working environment and high performance requirements,which puts forward higher requirements for the design of its control system.According to the hydraulic system and control system of cable-mounted crane,the overall design scheme of lifting equipment is put forward;the lifting hydraulic steel strand jack is designed in detail;the hydraulic pump station driven by diesel engine is allocated in detail;and the composition and principle of the hydraulic synchronous control system are introduced.
