摘要
目的探讨PBL健康教育模式在非酒精性脂肪肝(NAFLD)患者中的应用效果,为提高护理服务,提升健康教育水平提供新的依据.方法采用便利抽样法,选取2017年1月—2018年1月在山东省聊城市人民医院确诊的NAFLD患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和干预组,每组最终纳入患者100例.对照组采用常规教育模式,干预组采用PBL健康教育模式,干预9个月后比较两组患者B超结果和生存质量.结果干预后干预组肝脏B超检查符合NAFLD比例低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(χ^2=10.526,P<0.05).干预后干预组患者生活质量评分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(t=-4.949,P<0.01).结论PBL健康教育模式以患者为中心,能有效改善NAFLD患者脂肪肝情况,提高患者生活质量,改进护理干预管理水平.
Objective To explore the effects of health education based on problem-based learning(PBL)in patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD),so as to provide a basis for improving nursing quality and health education.Methods From January 2017 to January 2018,we selected NAFLD patients at Liaocheng People's Hospital of Shandong Province as subjects by convenience sampling.All of the patients were divided into control group and intervention group with the method of random number table,100 cases in each group.Control group carried out routine health education,while intervention group adopted health education based on PBL.We compared the result of B-ultrasound and quality of life among patients between two groups 9 months after intervention.Results After intervention,the ratio of NAFLD by liver B-ultrasound of intervention group was lower than that of control group with a statistical difference(χ^2=10.526,P<0.05);the score of quality of life of patients in observation group was higher than that in control group with a statistical difference(t=-4.949,P<0.01).Conclusions Patient-centered health education based on PBL can effectively improve fatty liver of patients with NAFLD,patients'quality of life and nursing intervention.
