含DDT船舶防污漆替代与环境无害化管理技术的研究

摘要 DDT被《关于持久性有机污染物的斯德哥尔摩公约》列为首批12种受控物质之一。我国曾将DDT用于船舶防污漆的生产和使用。从20世纪50年代截止到2002年,累计用于船舶防污漆的DDT总量已达到1万吨左右。在船舶制造、航行和拆解过程中,含DDT防污漆对海洋及陆地环境造成不利影响。而我国对其危害重视不足,与国际先进经验有一定差距、本文针对环境友好型防污漆的评估和替代以及造船拆船中的污染防治技术进行了研究,提出了防污漆环境风险评估技术体系,应用了拆船中有毒有害船舶防污漆环境无害化管理技术,对推进我国在船舶防污漆行业的DDT淘汰工作具有重要指导和实践意义。
