摘要
恒导纳建模是电力电子换流器实时仿真常用的建模方法。为了解决传统恒导纳模型的虚拟功率损耗问题,提出一种基于响应匹配的换流器恒导纳建模方法。该方法采用含参数化历史电流源的恒导纳开关模型,并将其视为线性离散时间系统进行分析。通过使得该离散时间系统的稳态响应特性和暂态响应特性能与理想开关相匹配来确定历史电流源的待定参数。该方法被分别应用于两电平桥式换流器、三电平换流器和基本直流斩波电路的建模。仿真结果显示,在不同换流器拓扑和不同开关频率下,基于响应匹配的恒导纳模型均较好地解决了虚拟功率损耗问题。
Fixed-admittance modeling is widely used in the real-time simulation of power electronic converters. To solve its virtual power loss problem, this paper proposed a novel fixed-admittance modeling method using the response-matching technique. The fixed-admittance model with the parameterized history current source was regarded as a linear discrete system. The coefficients of history current expressions were determined by matching the steady/transient responses of the discrete system with those of the ideal switch.The proposed method was applied to the two-level bridge converter, three-level converter and Buck/Boost circuit. The simulation results show that, the proposed method well solves the virtual power loss problem in the real-time simulations of different converter topologies and switching frequencies.
