摘要
对于一般原油加工能力不超过800万t/a的单纯炼油企业,自身可利用的炼厂轻烃资源量有限,仅依靠自身炼厂轻烃资源为原料向化工领域扩展有较大局限性,很难形成具有规模效益的化工产能,对企业效益改善效果有限。近年来随着技术发展,通过将进一步挖掘自身轻烃资源和引入外部轻烃资源结合的方式,可以有效提高轻烃利用装置的规模,实现化工产品方案多样化和规模化,借此有效提高炼厂经营灵活性,实现企业效益的明显改善。以国内典型的800万t/a燃料型炼厂为例,介绍了国内炼油企业利用炼厂轻烃及外部轻烃资源为原料,通过蒸汽裂解制乙烯拓展化工产业链的3种典型案例。
As China’s refined oil market kept weak in recent years,most of domestic refineries continue to be in a poor economic status.Especially for certain fuel-oriented refineries,which have an average refining scale no more than 8 million tons per year and have limited amount of light hydrocarbon resources available from themselves,they face obvious limitations to extend their chemical industry chain by relying solely on their own light hydrocarbon resources and are difficult to form a large-scale chemical production capacity and improve their operation economy. With the advancing technology in recent years,the scale of light hydrocarbon utilization units in such medium-scale refineries can be effectively increased by combining their own light hydrocarbon resources with external light hydrocarbon resources.As a result,diversification and large scale of chemical product schemes can be realized,thus effectively improving the operational flexibility and achieving significant improvement of enterprise benefits. Taking a typical 8 million tons/year fuel refinery in China as an example,this paper introduces three typical cases that China’s refineries extend the chemical industry chain by producing ethylene through steam cracking of light hydrocarbons from both their own refining units and other external light resources.
