液体苯三唑胺盐的合成及应用 被引量:2

摘要 以油胺、多聚甲醛、苯三唑为原料,通过Mannich反应合成出液体苯三唑胺盐。通过铜片腐蚀和四球试验等方法考察了液体苯三唑胺盐作为添加剂的防锈防腐蚀性能、抗磨减磨性和低温油溶性。结果表明,该方法合成的液体苯三唑胺盐的收率可达到93.57%,并且比固态苯三唑有更好的低温油溶性和抗腐蚀性能。液体苯三唑胺盐质量分数为1%时PB值比基础油高1倍,该方法合成的液体苯三唑胺盐有很好的抗磨减磨性能。通过红外及VPO分子质量鉴定合成物的结构,表明合成的产品即为目标产物。合成过程中不用任何有机溶剂,合成条件温和、工艺简单,达到了绿色环保的要求。 Liquid benzotriazole amine salts are synthesized via Mannich reaction with benzotriazole,oleylamines and paraformaldehyde as raw materials. The salts’ anti-wear property,anti-corrosion performance and oil solubility at low temperature are investigated by means of four-ball tester and copper strip corrosive test.The results show that the yield of Liquid benzotriazole amine salts can reach 93. 57% through this synthetic way. The gained salts have a better anticorrosion performance and oil solubility at low temperature than solid benzotriazole amines.When the addition amount of the gained salts is 1%,PBcan double that of base oil. The structure of the synthesized product is identified by IR and VPO molecular weight,which indicates that the synthesized product is the target product.No organic solvents are needed in the synthesis process,and the reaction conditions are mild and the process is simple. The requirements of green environmental friendliness can be realized and the market prospects are promising.
