摘要
以炼厂FCC裂解气(混合C4)为原料,对磺酸树脂DH-2催化剂催化C4烯烃选择性叠合进行工艺条件等方面的评价。结果表明,反应温度降低、空速增大和催化剂酸量降低均导致异丁烯和1-丁烯转化率下降,C8烯烃(C8^=)选择性升高,C8^=中三甲基戊烯(TMP^=)的质量分数增多,二甲基己烯(DMH^=)的质量分数减少。另外,添加乙醇抑制剂可大大降低1-丁烯转化率,提高C8^=选择性,在50℃、2h^-1、乙醇与异丁烯物质的量比(简称醇烯物质的量比)为50%的条件下,异丁烯转化率为75.63%,1-丁烯转化率为6.48%,C8^=选择性为88.64%。
Sulfonic acid resin-based catalyst DH-2 is evaluated in the selective dimerization of C4 olefins with refinery FCC cracking gas( mixed C4) as raw materials.The results show that the conversion rates of both isobutylene and1-butene will decrease and the selectivity of C8 olefin( C8^=) will increase when the reaction temperature decreases,the space velocity increases or the acid amount of catalyst decreases.But the content of trimethylpentane( TMP^=) in C8^=will increase and the content of dimethyl hexene( DMH^=) will decrease.In addition,the addition of ethanol as an inhibitor can greatly reduce the conversion of 1-butene and increase the selectivity of C8^=.The conversion rates of isobutene and 1-butene will reach 75. 63% and 6. 48% respectively,and the selectivity of C8^=will be 88. 64% when the reaction temperature is set at 50℃,the space velocity is 2 h^-1 and the feeding ratio of ethanol to isobutene is 0. 5 ∶1.
