摘要
利用微反应器反应特性来改善磷酸三丁酯传统合成中的一些问题,例如反应时间长、反应温度低、反应操作烦琐等。通过试验发现,利用微反应器合成磷酸三丁酯,反应时间大大缩短,物料配比精确控制,提高了反应灵活性、操作简便性及反应安全性。通过2种不同的进料方式,产率分别达到48%和73. 1%。未来还需通过优化反应工艺来脱除副反应产生的氯化氢气体来提高收率。
In this study,micro-reactor is used for synthesis of tributyl phosphate to bypass the disadvantages of the conventional route,such as long reaction time,low reaction temperature,tedious reaction operation and so on.It is found through tests that the synthesis of tributyl phosphate by microreactor can greatly shorten the reaction time,accurately control the ratio of materials and exhibits a higher reaction flexibility,a simpler operation and a safer reaction.The yield of tributyl phosphate reaches 48% and 73. 1%,respectively through two different feeding ways. It is still necessary to improve the yield via optimizing the reaction process by removing byproduct hydrogen chloride gas in the future.
