三氯氢硅节能精馏工艺模拟研究 被引量:1

Simulation on energy-saving distillation technology of trichlorosilane

摘要 将差压热集成技术和热泵精馏技术用于三氯氢硅精馏工段,利用模拟软件Aspen Plus,热力学模型采用NRTL-RK进行优化模拟计算。结果显示,与常规精馏工艺相比,差压热集成工艺可以降低加热能耗47%、冷量消耗45%。热泵精馏工艺可以降低加热能耗50%、冷量能耗50%,增加的压缩机功率为73.5kW。 The differential pressure heat integration technology and the heat pump distillation technology are respectively employed to reduce the energy consumption in the trichlorosilane distillation section.Both two processes with alternative energy-saving technology are optimized and simulated by means of Aspen Plus software and NRTL-RK thermodynamic model.It is found through comparing with conventional distillation process that the differential pressure heat integration technology can reduce the energy consumption in heating by 47% and cut down the consumption of cold energy by 45%;the heat pump distillation technology can decrease the energy consumption in heating by 50%,decrease the consumption of cold energy by 50% and increase the power of the compressor by about 73. 5 kW.
