冠状动脉血流储备分数的临床应用 被引量：4

摘要 冠状动脉造影(coronary arteriography,CAG)是目前常用的指引经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(percutaneous coronary intervention,PCI)的方法.但越来越多的证据显示部分病变CAG结果与功能学上有意义的冠状动脉狭窄之间的不一致性,甚至有研究报告,病变解剖学与功能学间的不一致性高达50%[1].
