台资企业在福建形成的技术扩散模式分析——以福清市台湾农民创业园水果生产为例

Analysis of Technology Diffusion Model Formed by Taiwan Residents Enterprises in Fujian——Taking Fruit Production of Taiwan Residents Farmers’ Pioneer Park in Fuqing as an Example

【目的/意义】台商投资是闽台合作的重要表现形式,也是促进福建农业发展的重要方式,通过研究台资企业技术扩散的方式对接受技术扩散的福建当地企业的影响,探讨提升台资企业技术扩散效率的思路以促进两岸农业交流。【方法/过程】通过网络调查、实地走访、访谈调查的方式,分析农业技术在研究区域的几种扩散方式,探索台资农业技术在福建形成的企业间的扩散模式。【结果/结论】结果显示,由于新技术的流动门槛高,流动成本低,企业横向交流少,新技术研发成本高等原因,当地技术扩散是以纵向网络为主的“逐步跟进型”扩散模式。并根据这一模式存在的问题,提出政府应引导企业建立产销合作组织以提高技术交流效率。

【Objective/Meaning】Taking the case of agricultural ecological destruction and restoration in the cultivation of honey pomelo industry in Pinghe County of Zhangzhou City as an example, the general path of ecological revitaliza tion under the background of rural revitalization was explored.【Methods/Procedures】By going deep into some towns and villages in Pinghe County, the first-hand data were collected through the field investigation methods such as ques tionnaire survey, on-site interview and visit observation. Then, data analysis was carried out in order to summarize the rule from the reality and grasp the essence from the phenomenon. Last, the approach for the governance of agri cultural ecological environment was put forward.【Results/Conclusions】 From the practice of ecological environment destruction and governance in Pinghe County, it could be seen that ecological revitalization was an important content and driving force of rural revitalization. The governance of agricultural ecological environment under the background of rural revitalization could follow these paths;doing the top-level design at the government level , carrying out tech nological innovation in agriculture at the technology level, constructing new paradigm of modern industry at the indus try level, and cultivating the farmers’ ecology consciousness at the farmers, level. Then, these levels should be uni fied to create the joint force of promoting rural revitalization.
