摘要
使用电感耦合等离子质谱法测定土壤中多种重金属元素(V、Co、Ni、Cu、Zn、As、Cd、Sb)含量的分析方法.采用硝酸-氢氟酸-高氯酸体系消解土壤,在对消解后进行质谱分析时,使用45Sc、72Ge、103Rh、115In、209Bi元素作为内标元素.该方法的检出限为0.11~0.20ng/mL,加标回收率为75.3%~112%,相对标准偏差是0.4%~2.4%.土壤物质中的各元素测定均在参考值范围内,为测定土壤中的重金属元素提供了一种额外且准确的测定方法.
The paper uses the inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry to determine the contents of an analytical method for the various heavy metal elements (V, Co, Ni, Cu, Zn, As, Cd, Sb) in soil. The paper adopts the nitric acid-hydrofluoric cid-perchloric acid system to digest the soil. After digestion, the elements of 45Sc、72Ge、103Rh、115In and 209Bi are used as internal standard elements for mass spectrometry analysis. The detection limit of this method is 0.11~0.20ng/mL, the recovery rate of adding standard is 75.3%~112%, and the relative standard deviation sees 0.4%~2.4%. The measured values in soil substance are in agreement with reference values. They provide an additional and veracious determination method for the determination of heavy metals in soil.
