新中国成立后劳模文化的结构分析

劳模文化是中国特色社会主义文化中的重要组成部分,是在改革日益深化和社会发展日新月异的新形势下对"劳动者当何为"的有力诠释。劳模文化的整体结构包含马克思主义劳动观、劳模评选与表彰、劳动精神演进、劳模形象变迁,并凝练为新时代奋斗者。马克思主义劳动观是界定劳模为何产生及其价值的理论渊源,劳模评选与表彰是对劳模如何产生及如何管理的制度规范,劳动精神是对劳动者当何为的品格的内涵建构和核心提炼,劳模形象是优秀劳动者的生动且具象化的符号象征,新时代奋斗者是劳模文化的丰富升华。大力发展新时代劳模文化,形塑崇尚劳动、热爱劳动氛围,有助于带动各行各业劳动者践行爱国、敬业、诚信、友善的社会主义核心价值观,对社会的发展、国家的进步、民族的复兴,有着重要而深远的时代意义。

As an important part of the socialist culture with Chinese characteristics,the labor model culture is a powerful interpretation of‘What should the laborer do?’under the new situation of social development. The labor model culture mainly consist of Marxist view of labor,model selection and commendation system,the evolution of labor model spirit and model image,and concise for strugglers in the new era. Specifically,the Marxist view of labor is the theoretical source that defines why the model worker produces;the labor model selection and commendation system is an institutional norm on how the labor model is generated;the spirit of labor model is the connotation construction and core of the character of the labor;and the image of labor model is a vivid and concrete symbol of excellent laborers;and the strugglers of the new era is the rich sublimation of the model spirit. Promoting the labor model spirit of the new era and encouraging passion on work can help the workers of all walks to practice the socialist core values of patriotism,dedication,honesty and friendliness,and it has an important and far-reaching significance for the development of society.
