上海市江桥镇小学生被动吸烟现况及影响因素分析

Analysis of current status and influencing factors of passive smoking among primary school students in Jiangqiao Community, Shanghai

目的:了解上海市江桥镇小学生被动吸烟现状及其影响因素,为开展学校控烟工作提供依据。方法:采取以学校为初级抽样单位、班级为最小抽样单位的二阶段分层整群抽样方法,于2018年9月在上海市嘉定区江桥镇的7所小学中随机抽取2所小学、10个班级的433名学生作为调查对象。发放调查问卷433份,回收433份,问卷有效回收率为100.00%。结果:433名学生中,尝试吸烟者为38名(8.78%),被动吸烟者为226名(52.19%)。其中性别、父母是否吸烟、是否听说过被动吸烟及是否帮忙买烟这4个因素的被动吸烟率差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。Logistic回归分析结果显示,父母吸烟是危险因素,而听说过被动吸烟是保护因素。结论:应多措并举、全面提升小学生被动吸烟的认知水平,降低小学生的被动吸烟率。

Objective: To investigate the current status and influencing factors of passive smoking among primary school students in Jiangqiao Community, Shanghai for providing a basis for school tobacco control work. Methods: A two-stage stratified cluster sampling method with schools as primary sampling units and classes as minimum sampling units was adopted, and in September 2018, 433 students from 10 classes of 2 primary schools were randomly selected from 7 primary schools in Jiangqiao Community of Jiading District, Shanghai. 433 questionnaires were distributed, 433 were recovered, and the effective recovery rate was 100.00%. Results: Among 433 students, 38(8.78%) tried to smoke and 226(52.19%) were passive smokers. Among them, gender, whether parents smoked, whether they had heard of passive smoking and whether they helped to buy cigarettes had statistically significant differences in passive smoking rate(all P<0.05). Logistic regression analysis showed that parental smoking was a risk factor, and hearing passive smoking was a protective factor. Conclusion: More measures should be taken to comprehensively improve students’ awareness of passive smoking and reduce students’ passive smoking rate.
