从中医视角刍议海南岛居民健康的维护及干预

Maintenance and intervention on health of residents in Hainan Island from the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine

中医防治疾病讲究“因人因地因时而异”。海南岛拥有独特的自然资源、气候和生态环境,再加上海南岛居民具有独特的生活方式,海南岛居民的健康状态理应具有浓厚的地方特色。本文通过梳理文献,发现海南岛居民体质多阴虚质、气虚质、湿热质;海南岛居民的致病病因、疾病证候等也和其他区域不同。因此,海南岛居民健康的维护及干预也具有独特性。

The prevention and treatment of diseases in traditional Chinese medicine devote particular care to the"due to people due to time and place".Due to Hainan Island boasting unique natural resources,climate,and ecological environment,as well as a unique lifestyle,residents in Hainan Island should have strong local characteristics in the health status.Through reviewing the literature,this paper finds that the residents in Hainan Island have more Yin deficiency,qi deficiency and damp-heat constitution.The pathogeny and disease syndrome of residents in Hainan Island are also different from other regions.Therefore,the maintenance and intervention of residents'health in Hainan Island have unique characteristics.
