新时代构建高职院校图书馆与公共图书馆联盟的策略研究

习近平在十九大报告中指出,要坚定文化自信,推动社会主义文化繁荣兴盛;要推动文化事业和文化产业发展。满足人民过上美好生活的新期待,必须提供丰富的精神食粮。党的十八大报告中提出了“全民阅读”的要求,2018年实施的《中华人民共和国公共图书馆法》第四十八条规定:“国家支持学校图书馆、科研机构图书馆以及其他类型图书馆向社会公众开放。”因此,高职院校图书馆参与社会服务,与公共图书馆建立联盟是新时代文化发展、提升国民文化素质、带动社会经济文化繁荣的必然趋势。文章阐述了新时代构建高职院校图书馆与公共图书馆联盟的策略。

In the report of the 19th CPC National Congress,Xi Jinping pointed out that it is necessary to strengthen cultural confidence and promote the prosperity of socialist culture;and to promote the development of cultural undertak ings and cultural industries[1].To meet the people’s new expectations of a better life,we must provide rich spiritual food[2].In the report of the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the requirements of“National reading”were put forward.Article 48 of the Public Library Law of the People’s Republic of China,which was implemented in 2018,stipulates:the state supports school libraries,Libraries of scientific research institutions and other types of libraries are open to the public[3].Therefore,libraries of higher vocational colleges participate in social services and public libraries The establishment of alliance is an inevitable trend for the development of culture in the new era,the improvement of national cultural quality and the prosperity of social economy and culture.This paper expounds the strategy of constructing the library of higher vocational colleges and the public library alliance in the new era.
