档案馆灰色文献二次开发利用研究——以档案编研成果为例

Study on the secondary development and utilization of gray literature in archives:taking the results of archives compilation and research as an example

文章通过分析档案馆档案编研成果中未公开出版发行的灰色文献的特点与价值以及这部分文献在不同形式下的利用受阻现象,发现了阻碍档案编研成果中的灰色文献利用的主要原因,并从档案馆增强公共服务意识、拓宽档案灰色文献可利用范围、增加档案灰色文献利用渠道以及加快建设档案编研成果利用标准4个方面进行优化利用服务的思考。

By analyzing the characteristics and value of gray literature not published and published in the archives compilation and research results of archives,and the phenomenon of hindering the utilization of gray literature in different forms of archives,this paper finds out the main reasons that hinder the utilization of gray literature in archives compilation and research results,and from the point of view of archives,we should strengthen the consciousness of public service and broaden the available scope of archives gray literature.Thoughts on optimizing the utilization service from four aspects:increasing the utilization channel of archival gray literature and speeding up the construction of the utilization standard of archival compilation and research results.
