哈尔滨市校外培训机构发展环境分析

Analysis on the development environment of out-of-school training institutions in Harbin

通过对哈尔滨市长期从事校外培训机构经营管理的9位经验丰富人员的咨询,文章构建SWOT-AHP模型对校外培训机构发展环境进行分析。结果发现哈尔滨市培训机构发展优势大于劣势、机遇与挑战并存,具有巨大的发展潜力。建议培训机构要综合全面的条件发展战略进行制定,充分利用内外部环境的各种有利因素发展自己,将外部机遇作为抓手,发挥自身优势,弥补劣势,并规避外界威胁。

Through the consultation of 9 experienced personnel who have been engaged in the management of out-ofschool training institutions for a long time in Harbin,the SWOT-AHP model is constructed to analyze the development environment of out-of-school training institutions.The results show that the development advantages of Harbin training institutions outweigh the disadvantages,opportunities and challenges coexist,and have great potential for development.It is suggested that training institutions should formulate development strategy under comprehensive and comprehensive conditions,make full use of various favorable factors of internal and external environment to develop themselves,take external opportunities as grasp,give full play to their own advantages,make up for disadvantages,and avoid external threats.
