银屑病患者血清IL-17、IL-22、IL-36与IL-36Ra水平的变化及其临床意义

Changes and Significance of Serum IL-17,IL-22,IL-36 and IL-36Ra in Patients with Psoriasis

目的:探讨寻常型银屑病患者血清中白细胞介素-17(Interleukin-17,IL-17)、白细胞介素-22(Interleukin-22,IL-22)、白细胞介素-36(Interleukin-36,IL-36)及其受体(Interleukin-36 receptor,IL-36Ra)的变化与临床意义。方法:选取2015年1月-2018年3月笔者医院收治的108例寻常型银屑病患者为病例组,另选取54例健康对象为对照组,检测两组血清IL-17、IL-22、IL-36及IL-36Ra水平,并按照银屑病面积与严重性指数(Psoriasis areaand severity index,PASI)进行分组和相关性分析。结果:病例组患者血清IL-17、IL-22、IL-36α、IL-36β、IL-36γ水平高于对照组(P<0.05),病例组IL-36Ra水平低于对照组(P<0.05);中重度银屑病患者血清中IL-17、IL-22、IL-36α、IL-36β、IL-36γ水平高于轻度组(P<0.05),IL-36Ra水平低于轻度组(P<0.05);治疗后,病例组患者血清IL-17、IL-22、IL-36α、IL-36β、IL-36γ水平较治疗前显著降低(P<0.05),IL-36Ra水平则显著升高(P<0.05);银屑病患者血清IL-17、IL-22、IL-36α、IL-36β、IL-36γ水平与PASI评分呈显著正相关(P<0.05),IL-36Ra水平与PASI呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论:银屑病患者血清IL-17、IL-22、IL-36及IL-36Ra与患者病情程度具有一定的关系。

Objective To investigate the changes and significance of serum IL-17,IL-22,IL-36 and IL-36Ra in patients with psoriasis vulgaris.Methods 108 patients with psoriasis vulgaris admitted to our hospital(January 2015 to March 2018)were selected as case groups.54 healthy subjects were selected as the control group.Serum levels of IL-17,IL-22,IL-36 and IL-36Ra were measured in both groups,and group analysis and correlation analysis were performed according to PASI.Results The levels of serum IL-17,IL-22,IL-36α,IL-36βand IL-36γin the case group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The level of IL-36Ra in the case group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The serum levels of IL-17,IL-22,IL-36α,IL-36βand IL-36γin patients with moderate to severe psoriasis were higher than those in the mild group(P<0.05).The level of IL-36Ra in patients with moderate to severe psoriasis was lower than that in the mild group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of serum IL-17,IL-22,IL-36α,IL-36βand IL-36γin the case group were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the level of IL-36Ra was significantly increased(P<0.05).Serum IL-17,IL-22,IL-36α,IL-36β,IL-36γlevels were significantly positively correlated with PASI scores in patients with psoriasis(P<0.05).The level of IL-36Ra in patients with psoriasis was negatively correlated with PASI(P<0.05).Conclusion Serum IL-17,IL-22,IL-36 and IL-36Ra in patients with psoriasis have a certain relationship with the patient's condition.
