右美联合椎管内麻醉对梗阻性输尿管结石患者血清炎性因子及肾功能的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的右美联合椎管内麻醉对梗阻性输尿管结石患者术中、术后血清炎性因子及肾功能的影响。方法本研究选择2016年9月-2019年9月我院收治的梗阻性输尿管结石合并输尿管或肾盂积水积脓患者60例为研究对象进行研究,按照研究方法不同分为对照组与观察组;对照组患者30例,采用咪达唑仑单次静脉输注;手术开始前给予咪达唑仑0.03~0.04mg/kg静脉输注。观察组患者30例,采用右美托咪定输液泵静脉持续输注;手术开始前给予右美托咪定0.5μg/kg输液泵静脉持续输注,时间为5min,之后将负荷剂量维持在0.4μg/kg泵入。分别于术前1d,术后8h,术后3日抽取肘正中静脉血用ELISA法检测血清CRP、PCT水平,肾功能等相关指标,分析右美联合椎管内麻醉对梗阻性输尿管结石患者术中、术后血清炎性因子及肾功能的影响。结论右美托咪定联合椎管内麻醉对于梗阻性输尿管结石手术可明显降低患者在术后的炎性反应,改善患者预后。
