摘要 该文针对压力容器TC4钛合金氩弧焊焊接接头,采用真空热处理对焊接接头进行去应力处理,研究了焊接接头焊接前后的综合力学性能及应力分布情况,分析得出了:真空退火对焊接接头应力分布有重要影响,采用合理的热处理工艺可大大降低焊接应力,最终通过此研究得出了接嘴焊接后退火的最佳工艺规范。 The TC4 titanium alloy argon arc welded joint was destressed by vacuum heat treatment.The properties and stress distribution of the welded joint before and after welding were studied.The analysis showed that the heat treatment had an important influence on the stress distribution in the weld zone and the heat affected zone.The reasonable heat treatment process can effectively reduce the welding stress;through this study,the optimal process specification for post-weld annealing is obtained.
