摘要
针对在曳引驱动电梯维护保养和定期检验工作中无法根据空载上行制动试验准确判断电梯制动能力和曳引能力是否足够的问题,对曳引驱动电梯上、下紧急制动过程进行分析,以制动减速度作为制动能力和曳引能力的特征参数,从制动能力不足和曳引能力不足两个方面推导出空载上行制动、装载125%额定载荷下行制动时减速度之间的关系,并以此给出通过空载上行制动减速度判断曳引驱动电梯制动能力和曳引能力是否足够的判断方法,为实际应用提供了理论依据。
It is impossible to accurately judge whether the braking capacity and traction capacity of the traction machine elevator are adequate according to the ascending braking test with the car empty in maintenance and periodic inspection of the traction elevator. The process of emergency braking of the traction elevator is analyzed and the braking deceleration is taken as the characteristic parameter of the braking capacity and traction capacity. From the insufficient braking capacity and the lack of traction capacity, the relationship between the deceleration of the ascending braking test with the car empty and the deceleration of the descending braking test with the car loaded 125% of the rated load is deduced. Based on this, a method for judging the adequacy of the braking capacity and the traction capacity of traction elevator by the deceleration of the ascending braking test with the car empty is given, which provides a theoretical basis for practical application.
