摘要
教学团队的建设与发展对于高职院校人才培养目标的实现有着至关重要的作用,有利于教学内容的优化、教学方法的革新、教学资源的开发等。当前教学团队组成结构的合理性不足,权责设计需要进一步明确,激励机制有待完善,保障措施需要加强。石家庄职业技术学院管理学院在教学团队建设的目标设定、思路确立和建设保障措施等方面进行了有益探索,取得了一定经验。
As the construction of teaching team is very important for the realization of educational objectives in vocational colleges, including optimization of teaching contents, innovation of teaching methods and development of teaching resources, the structure of teaching team is insufficient, with design of power, responsibility and incentive mechanism needing establishing or strengthening. This paper is a description of case study of School of Management of Shijiazhuang University of Applied Technology in educational objectives and safeguarding measures of the teaching team.
