摘要
随着城镇化进程的加快,越来越多的进城务工人员子女随迁到城市学习。因为农民工随迁子女与城市青少年成长环境、家庭环境诸多方面的差异,导致农民工随迁子女在融入新的学习环境时有一些困难。教师要注意关爱、鼓励学生,开展社会实践活动,强化班级文化建设,有效利用现代信息技术,根据个体差异采取针对性措施,帮助农民工随迁子女更好地融入班集体中,适应新的学习环境。
As the speedy urbanization enables an increasing number of children of migrant workers to move into and study in cities, it is difficult for them to adapt to and integrate into the new learning environment. This paper discusses countermeasure for urban school teachers to help the new students with courage and eventually incorporate them into school life.
