摘要
吲哚是一种重要的活性基团,广泛用于医药、农药、香料、染料等研究领域。本文对天然源及合成源的吲哚衍生物在医药和农用抑菌活性方面的最新研究成果进行综述,列举多种高抑菌活性的吲哚类化合物,并就其在抑菌活性方面的构效关系进行分析总结。文章还展望了该类化合物未来的发展方向,以期为吲哚类抗菌药物的研发提供基础。
Indole is a valuable active group,which is widely used in research fields such as medicine,pesticides,perfumes and dyes,etc.In this paper,the latest research achievements of indole derivatives from natural and synthetic sources in medicine and agricultural antibacterial activities were reviewed.A variety of indole compounds with high antibacterial activities were listed,and the structure-activity relationship of them was analyzed and summarized.The direction of indoles in the future was also prospected in order to lay a foundation for the research and development of indole antibacterial drugs.
