摘要
为渥丹百合的多倍体育种研究奠定基础,以渥丹百合种子为材料,用不同浓度秋水仙素诱导渥丹百合染色体加倍,并对诱变植株进行鉴定。结果表明:0.05%的秋水仙素溶液能有效诱导渥丹百合加倍,其中以浸泡处理48h的诱导效果最好,诱变率达20.00%;对获得的渥丹百合四倍体植株和二倍体植株进行形态学观察比较,相同环境条件下,四倍体植株的器官明显大于二倍体植株,且根系与二倍体植株相比更为粗壮。
The induced seedlings of Lilium concolor seeds treated with different concentration of colchicine were identified to lay the foundation of L.concolor polyploidy breeding.Result:0.05%colchicine solution can induce chromosome doubling of L.concolor effectively.The induction rate of L.concolor seeds soaked in 0.05%colchicine solution for 48 h reaches 20.00%.The induced tetraploid seedlings have larger organs and stronger root system compared with diploid seedlings under the same environment.
