摘要
为提高斜纹夜蛾诱芯在贵阳地区的田间应用效果,采用田间生物测定方法筛选斜纹夜蛾性信息素A(顺9-反11-十四碳烯醇醋酸脂)与B(顺9-反12-十四碳烯醇醋酸脂)的最佳配比及其缓释载体材料。结果表明:斜纹夜蛾性信息素A与B的最佳配比为100∶10,对斜纹夜蛾的诱蛾效果最佳,为(116.7±55.9)头/16d;该配比与自制缓释改进工作载体制作的诱芯诱蛾效果最好,为(134.7±36.7)头/10d,且持效期可达60d以上。
The optimum proportion of sex pheromone A(Z,E-9,11-Tetradecadienyl acetate)and B(Z,E-9,12-Tetradecadienyl acetate)and suitable slow-release carrier materials were screened by field bioassay to improve application effect of Spodoptera Litura lure in field in Guiyang.Result:The optimum proportion of sex pheromone A and B is 100∶10 and the amount of trapped S.Litura moths reaches(116.7±55.9)moths/16d.The amount of trapped S.Litura moths can reach(134.7±36.7)moths/10d when the lure of self-made slow-release material Y 1 with sex pheromone A∶B=100∶10 is used and the lasting period of the lure can be more than 60 d.
