摘要
家蚕是鳞翅目昆虫的代表,在我国已有数千年的驯养历史,传统上以养蚕缫丝织绸为主要用途;然而在蚕丝制品的开发研究中,与蜘蛛丝相比,蚕丝的拉伸强度、韧性性能较差,严重限制了蚕丝制品的高端开发与应用。为今后蚕丝改良方面的研究提供借鉴与参考,对基因编辑技术的发展及基因编辑在家蚕中的应用情况进行了综述,总结近10年来蚕丝改良的研究进展,展望了蚕丝未来的发展方向。
Silkworm is a representative of lepidoptera,which has been domesticated for thousands of years in China.However,in the development and research of silk products,compared with spider silk,the tensile strength and toughness properties of silk are poor,which seriously limits the high-end development and application of silk products.To provides reference for future research on silk improvement,the development of gene editing technology and the application of gene editing in silkworm were summarized,and the research progress of silk improvement in recent 10 years was summarized.
