Soybean isoflavone and its application in aquatic animal nutrition

大豆异黄酮(Soybean Isoflavone, SIF)是一种由豆科类植物的子叶与胚芽所提取的化合物,它也是一种具有良好的免疫与抗氧化功能的饲料添加剂。它对畜禽的影响作用已经有较多的研究,但它对水产动物营养的研究还比较薄弱,限制了其作为功能添加剂应用于水产动物饲料中。本文主要综述了SIF对动物营养的影响并展望了它在水产动物营养中的应用,以期为合理的利用SIF优化水产动物饲料,提高利用效率,促进其生产性能而提供理论依据。

Soybean isoflavone (SIF) is a compound extracted from cotyledons and embryos of legumi nous plants. It is also a feed additive with good immune and antioxidant functions. Its effect on live stock and poultry has been studied, but its research on aquatic animal nutrition is still weak, which limits its application as a functional additive in aquatic animal feed. In this paper, the effects of SIF on animal nutrition were summarized and its application in aquatic animal nutrition was prospected in order to provide theoretical basis for rational utilization of SIF to optimize aquatic animal feed, im prove utilization efficiency and promote its production performance.
