随着陌生人社会的来临,陌生人之间的公共道德问题凸显.在善与正当分离的情况下,我们为什么彼此负有义务,陌生人伦理的规范性来源何在?在规范性来源上,康德伦理学能够为陌生人伦理提供一个坚实的道德基础,即“道德自主性”.自主道德人在成为“自我的他者”和“责任者”的过程中,可以产生对陌生人的法权责任和德性责任.作为现代性整体性危机的道德冷漠问题的解决,依赖于一种陌生人伦理的建构,康德伦理学为陌生人伦理的当代建构提供了一种可能的责任伦理学的思路.

With the coming of stranger society,public moral issues become more serious between strangers.After the separation of the right from the good,why do we have the obligation to each other?It is very important to pursue the sources of normativity of stranger ethics.The paper proposes that Kant's ethics can build a solid foundation for stranger ethics,that is,moral autonomy.When the autonomous moral person becomes the other as self and responsible person,it is possible to deduce the duties of right and the duties of virtue from the moral autonomy.The solution to moral indifference issue as the crisis of modernity,depends on the construction of stranger ethics,and Kant’s ethics can supply a possible way of responsibility ethics to construct stranger ethics.
