摘要 核心素养落实为教师可教、学生可学的素养,离不开教师教学转化能力。教师教学转化能力具有个体性、动态性、实践性等特征。教师教学转化能力主要体现在问题情境创设、课程统整、学情分析、深度教学以及发展性评价等方面。核心素养背景下教师教学转化能力的培养与提升,需要增强教师对核心素养的理解与认同,并将核心素养贯穿于教学过程始终,同时促进教师教学转化能力的个性化发展,最终回归到教学实践过程中。 The key competencies are implemented to make sure that teachers and students have a clear and specific role,which is inseparable from teachers''teaching transforming ability.Teachers''teaching transforming ability has various characteristics such as individuality,dynamism and practicality and so on.Besides,it is mainly embodied in the creation of problem situations,curriculum integration,analysis of the students,in-depth teaching and developmental evaluation.In the context of key competencies,the cultivation and promotion of teachers''teaching transforming ability needs to enhance teachers''understanding and acceptance of the key competencies,and then carry it out during the whole teaching process.Meanwhile,it also needs to promote the individualized development of teachers''teaching transforming ability,and finally return to the process of teaching practice.
