摘要
本文通过介绍高级实践护士的起源与国外发展现状,结合我国目前护理领域现况,为我国高级护理实践队伍建设提供意见。
This paper introduces the origin and development of Advanced Practice Nurses abroad, combined with the analysis of the current situation of nursing science in China, to provide suggestions for the development of Advanced Practice Nurses in future.
