精神疾病态度问卷应用于普通人群的信度和效度

Validity and reliability of the Attitude toward Mental Illness Scale in the general population

目的:探索精神疾病态度问卷是否适用于评估普通人群对精神疾病的态度。方法:采用概率比例抽样方法对云浮市云城区956人进行调查,以检验该问卷的信效度,采用t检验比较受教育程度分组的不同验证其效度。结果:探索性因子分析提取出4个因子,累计可解释的方差为39.3%;验证性因子分析结果(χ2/df=3.19,GFI=0.81,CFI=0.67,RMSEA=0.07,RMR=0.02)。总问卷和各因子的Cronbach α系数分别为0.80、0.80、0.75、0.70、0.76,折半信度为0.71,敏感性分析结果波动于0.79~0.80。结论:精神疾病态度问卷有较好的信度和效标效度。

Objective:To explore whether the Attitude toward Mental Illness Scale(ATMI) is applicable to assess mental illness attitudes in the general population.Methods:Totally 956 residents in Yuncheng District Yunfu City were recruited and asked to complete ATMI in probability proportional sampling method,which was performed to test the constructive validity and reliability of ATMI.The t test was used to analyze the difference of scores among different education groups for exploring effect validity.Results:The result of exploratory factor analysis indicated ATMI consisted of 4 factors accounting for 39.3% of the total variance.The confirmatory factor analysis verified the 4-factors model(χ~2/df=3.19,GFI=0.81,CFI=0.67,RMSEA=0.07,RMR=0.02).The scores of factor 1,factor 3,factor 4 and total questionnaire above the junior school group were higher than those in the junior school and below,and the score of factor 2 was lower than that in the junior school and below.The Cronbach α coefficients of the total table and each factor were 0.80,0.80,0.75,0.70 and 0.76.The split-half reliability was 0.71.The sensitivity analysis was varied from 0.79 to 0.80.Conclusion:It suggests that the ATMI has relatively good internal consistency reliability and validate validity.
