摘要 介绍了中央直驱纯电动客车的动力传动系统模型、工作原理、常见的NVH问题,对某型纯电动客车试验过程中出现的低速时油门、刹车踏板切换瞬间机械撞击声、抖动问题进行了分析。针对不同问题给出了具体的优化措施,为同类问题的优化提供了参考。 It introduces the power transmission system model, working principle and common NVH problems of central direct drive pure electric bus, and the mechanical impact sound of low speed throttle and brake pedal switching in the test process of a pure electric bus. The jitter problem is analyzed. The concrete optimization measures are given for different problems, which provides a reference for the optimization of the same kind of problems.
