计算机信息处理技术在办公自动化中的应用研究

Application of Computer Information Processing Technology in Office Automation

随着我国经济的发展和科学技术水平的不断提高,计算机信息处理技术在社会中得到了广泛的应用,同时,我国也进入了互联网时代,其改变了人们的日常生活及工作状态。近几年,计算机技术得到了质的飞跃,成为政府机关工作中必不可少的技术手段,为政府的办公带来了便利,同时也提高了机关办公的工作效率。随着时代的发展,政府部门需要处理的信息量越来越大,传统的信息处理技术已满足不了政府办公的需求。计算机信息处理技术在办公中的有效应用,为信息的处理提供了有效的技术支持,从而促进了政府办公效率的提高。笔者对办公自动化管理中计算机技术起到的作用进行分析,并阐述了计算机技术在办公自动化的应用。

With the development of our country's economy and the improvement of science and technology, computer information processing technology has been widely used in society. At the same time, our country has entered the Internet era, which has changed people's daily life and working conditions. In recent years, with the advent of the Internet era, computer technology has made a qualitative leap, and has become an indispensable technical means in the work of government organs, bringing convenience to government offices, but also improving the efficiency of office work. With the development of the times, government departments need to deal with more and more information, so the traditional information processing technology can not meet the needs of government office. Therefore, the effective application of computer information processing technology in office provides effective technical support for information processing, thus promoting the improvement of government office efficiency. This paper analyses the function of computer technology in office automation management, and expounds the application of computer technology in office automation.
