既有电梯层门导靴啮合深度试验研究 被引量:5

摘要 对既有电梯水平滑动层门而言,合理调整层门底部导靴啮合深度是预防层门受外力撞击后脱出地坎槽的一种简单有效措施。鉴于目前国内既有电梯层门导靴啮合深度存在不统一的现象,本文从试验的角度出发,对既有电梯层门导靴啮合深度进行研究。在选购试验层门样品的基础之上,利用摆锤冲击试验装置,提出了层门导靴啮合深度试验方案,该方案包括层门受撞击脱槽时的摆锤跌落高度试验、层门受撞击脱槽时摆锤跌落高度对应的层门冲击力试验、人脚踹层门冲击力试验、人脚踹层门验证四项试验内容,对每项试验内容和结果进行详细地阐述和分析。试验结果表明:门导靴啮合深度为15mm能有效防止既有电梯层门受外力撞击后脱槽。研究结果将为我国制定既有电梯水平滑动层门导靴啮合深度尺寸标准提供支撑。 For the horizontal landing door of existing elevator, it is a simple and effective measure to adjust the depth of engagement of bottom guide reasonably to prevent landing door from coming out of the ground groove after being impacted by external force. At present, the depth of engagement of bottom guide for elevator landing door is not uniform in China. In this paper, the depth of engagement of bottom guide for elevator landing door is studied experimentally. On the basis of purchasing test landing doors, the experimental scheme was proposed using pendulum impact device. The experimental scheme contains the pendulum drop height test and the pendulum impact force test when the landing doors come out of ground groove under different depth of engagement of bottom guide, adult kicking landing door impact test and adult kicking door verification test. Each test content and results were elaborated and analyzed in detail. The results show that when the depth of engagement of bottom guide is 15 mm, it can effectively prevent the existing elevator landing door from coming out of the ground groove after being impacted by external force. This study will provide support for the establishment of the standard for the depth of engagement of bottom guide for existing elevator landing doors in China.
