电梯门旁路装置和门回路检测功能探讨

Discussion on Inspection Function of the Door Bypass Device and Door Loop

门旁路装置和门回路检测功能是《电梯监督检验和定期检验规则-曳引与强制驱动电梯》第二号修改单新增加的内容。本文研究了门旁路装置及门回路检测功能的作用,结合《电梯型式试验规则》,详细的分析了门旁路装置和门回路检测功能的要求、检验方法。针对大量无此功能的在用电梯,从加强培训、管理的角度提出了减少此类事故隐患的方法。

The door bypass device and the function of door loop detection is the newly added content of"regulation for lift supervisory inspection and periodical inspection-traction and positive drive lift". This paper studies the function of the door bypass device and the door loop detection. Combined with the "regulation for type test of lifts", the requirements and the testing methods of door bypass device and door loop detection is analysed. Aiming at a large number of lifts in using without the function, this paper puts forward methods to reduce such accidents by strengthening training and management.
