摘要
合格的门系统对电梯的安全运行至关重要,电梯门锁锁紧元件的啮合状态检验是门系统检验的重要环节。本文对检规和国标中对门的锁紧检验要求进行了总结。根据门锁啮合深度检验过程的分解步骤,对现有的各种啮合深度检验方法进行分析和比较,为检测方法的创新提供了参考。最后对电梯门的锁紧检验过程中应注意的一些问题进行了探讨。
A qualified door system is essential for the safe operation of the elevator. The meshing state inspection of elevator door lock locking element is an important part of the door system inspection. This paper summarized the inspection requirements for the door locking in the inspection regulations and the national standard.According to the decomposition steps of the door lock meshing length inspection process, the existing various mesh length inspection methods were analyzed and compared, which provides a reference for the innovation of the inspection method. Finally, some problems that should be paid attention to during the locking inspection of elevator doors were discussed.
