摘要 电梯导轨轨距及垂直度是保证电梯安全、舒适运行的重要性能指标。笔者设计的电梯导轨轨距及垂直度自动测量仪,结合了激光测距、蓝牙传输的优点,可减轻检验人员的劳动强度,提高测量精度和检验效率,实现现代检验技术的智能化、自动化。 Elevator guide rail gauge and perpendicularity are important performance indicators to ensure the safe and comfortable operation of elevator. The automatic measuring instrument of elevator rail gauge and verticality designed by the author, combined with the advantages of laser ranging and Bluetooth transmission, can greatly reduce the labor intensity of the inspectors, improve the measurement accuracy and test efficiency, and realize the intelligentization and automation of modern inspection technology.
