摘要
电梯作为城市现代化的标志,在给人们的生活带来极大便利的同时,频发的安全事故也给人们的生命财产安全带来损失。为预防和减少电梯事故的发生,保障人民群众的生命财产安全,本文以近五年的电梯安全状况为基础,通过对典型案例的分析,得到电梯在安装、使用和维修过程中存在的风险因素,并从多元共治的角度提出相应的建议。
As a symbol of urban modernization, elevators not only bring great convenience, but also cause huge damages to people’s life and property. In order to reduce the occurrence of elevator accidents and ensure the safety of people’s life and property, this paper analyzed the problems existing in the installation, using and maintenance of the elevators based on the security status of elevators in China in recent 5 years. Combined with the typical cases,corresponding suggestions were proposed from the perspective of multiple govermances.
