摘要
河源市某企业由于在锅炉停用期间的维护不到位,导致钠离子交换器的树脂发生"中毒"现象。本文采用宏观判断及分析的方法,找出了001×7钠离子交换树脂"中毒"的原因是微生物污染。针对被污染的树脂,采用1.5%的甲醛溶液浸泡清洗的方法进行"复苏"。实施后效果显著,出水达到TSGG5002《锅炉水(介)质处理检验规则》的要求。
The resin of the sodium ion exchanger was "poisoned" due to the lack of maintenance during the suspension of the boiler in a company of Heyuan City. This paper found out that the "poisoning" reason of 001×7 sodium ion exchange resin is caused by microbial pollution by using macroscopical judgment and analysis. For the contaminated resin, the method of 1.5 % formaldehyde solution immersion cleaning was used for "recovery". After the implementation, the effect is remarkable, and the outflow water meets the requirements of TSG G5002 "Boiler Water(Medium) Treatment Inspection Regulation.
