摘要
一台湖南某锅炉厂设计制造的SZL25-1.25/250-AII型组装锅炉于2016年9月投入使用,之后于2017年2月、3月、5月连续发生过热器爆管事故,经检验分析认为事故的主要原因为过热器结构设计不合理以及制造时不重视汽水分离效果,根据分析结果提出了解决措施,该锅炉依照提出的措施进行改造及维修后运行至今未再发生过热器爆管事故。
A SZL25-1.25/250-AII type assembly boiler designed and manufactured by a boiler factory in Hunan Province was put into use in September 2016. And then superheater burst accidents occurred continuously in February, March and May 2017. Analysis shows that the main cause of the accident is the unreasonable design of the superheater structure and the ignoring of effect of steam and water separation. The solution is proposed according to the analysis results. The boiler has not been subjected to the superheater burst accident after the renovation and maintenance.
